U-Haul is hiring a Manager of Partnership Development to lead and support efforts to scale and expand the OnRamps program through effective partnership and engagement with K12, higher education, and agency outreach. You will implement development strategy in close collaboration with the Director and Executive Director.
What You'll Do
- Develop, manage, and evaluate identified strategies and practices as the primary client relationship manager for potential, new, and existing partnerships.
- Increase and support the implementation and success of OnRamps through regional partnership management, contributing research and managing special projects, selective networks, and complex partnerships.
- Manage and evaluate targets and strategy for accomplishing acquisition, retention, growth, and outcome targets for partnerships.
- Maintain documentation of targets, activities, and outcomes, providing regular progress reports and making recommendations for sustainability and growth.
- Create forms, tools, and guidelines to capture required documentation and streamline communication.
- Represent the organization at professional meetings and conferences, applying market trends to identify opportunities and shape strategies.
- Engage in mentorship and training to ensure calibration on departmental expectations and OnRamps implementation practices.
- Analyze data, evaluate, and document outcomes through recurrent issue tracking and reporting; utilize data to make recommendations and apply continuous improvement principles.
- Document and monitor caseload and effective communications with partners using identified Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Lead communication to support partner growth, success, and sustainability through ongoing interactions and strategy development.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in education, higher education, policy, or a closely related field.
- Seven or more years of leadership experience in K12 or higher education environments.
- Experience in scaled partnership development and outreach in K12 or higher education environments.
- Demonstrated success in leadership of a team.
- Experience in Texas districts.
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Nice to Have
- Doctoral degree in education, higher education, or a closely related field.
- Ten or more years of leadership experience in K12 and higher education environments.
- 7+ years experience in teaching and leadership roles within a Texas school district or institution of higher education.
