Responsibilities
- Guide and supervise the implementation team, offering direction, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, ensuring timely and effective go-live outcomes.
- Design, refine, and standardize implementation procedures, workflows, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, as well as client representatives, to plan and execute project timelines.
- Evaluate client operational workflows to configure tailored system solutions.
- Supervise the transfer and validation of large datasets, and ensure seamless integration with external platforms.
- Coordinate technical connectivity between client systems and integration partners.
- Detect potential project risks early and apply corrective actions to maintain progress.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date records and status reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
