About the Role
Oversee the implementation lifecycle for new customers, coordinating onboarding activities, managing timelines, and serving as the primary point of contact to ensure successful product adoption and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end onboarding experience for new users
- Develop and maintain implementation plans tailored to client needs
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams during setup
- Track progress against implementation milestones and deadlines
- Identify and resolve obstacles that may delay onboarding
- Collaborate with product and support teams to relay client feedback
- Ensure clients complete setup tasks on schedule
- Conduct training sessions to guide users through platform features
- Customize onboarding workflows based on client size and goals
- Monitor client engagement during the implementation phase
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress
- Escalate technical or account-specific issues when necessary
- Support the creation of onboarding resources and documentation
- Gather insights to improve the implementation process
- Work with sales to transition clients smoothly post-purchase
- Coordinate launch timelines with client availability
- Verify client data setup and integration accuracy
- Follow up on outstanding client actions to maintain momentum
- Provide status updates to stakeholders internally
- Ensure compliance with platform policies during setup
- Adapt communication style to suit different client types
- Use project management tools to track multiple implementations
- Maintain consistency in service delivery across clients
- Support high-volume onboarding without sacrificing quality
- Promote best practices for platform utilization from day one
