McKesson is seeking a Manager of Generics Programs, Strategic Accounts to manage and develop the generics program for national and medium chain retail customers. You will act as a functional expert in warehousing operations, administration, analytics, and generics programs, leading cross-functional initiatives to implement these programs effectively.
What You'll Do
- Understand and communicate subject matter expertise on generic products, programs, and pricing.
- Develop customer-facing presentations for the strategic account field sales team to expand McKesson’s footprint.
- Manage the compilation, analysis, and reporting of data to forecast trends and support program management.
- Analyze customer purchasing trends to provide key internal insights.
- Utilize Excel to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, and economic forecasting.
- Identify gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Build customer strategy aligned with North American Distribution strategy.
- Build and strengthen cross-functional relationships with internal partners.
What We're Looking For
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of program management experience or equivalent.
- 3+ years of operations, inventory management, distribution, or sourcing experience.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Demonstrated ability to influence individuals and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities and Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Strong communication skills, especially in verbal and written communication with customers.
- Ability to think logically and analytically, problem-solve, build consensus, and lead initiatives.
- Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted – This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
