Lola Blankets is looking for a Manager, Occupational Health & Safety to lead a team of specialists and coordinators. In this hands-on role, you will serve as both a mentor and guide, owning the planning, implementation, and service level of the team while managing complex OHS events across international jurisdictions to ensure a safe work environment. You will also oversee vendor invoicing and billing activities for the Lifecycle Operations team.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point on all Occupational Health & Safety related topics.
- Identify and provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to direct reports to build a high performance team.
- Take full ownership of the recruitment, training, skills enhancement, mentoring, and supervision of the regional team.
- Collaborate efficiently across multiple domains (Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success) to enhance existing integrations, processes, workflows, and SOPs.
- Lead the team through its next phase of growth and smart scale operations to support multiple product streams.
- Be an internal and external champion of company values and the Lifecycle team's goals.
- Manage and resolve complex Occupational Health and Safety events across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Oversee vendor invoicing and billing activities for Lifecycle Operations team, ensuring accurate and timely payment and invoicing.

- Hands-on people management experience, with a coaching mindset.
- Tech savvy and eager to adapt and iterate processes through technology.
- Passionate about accomplishing goals, used to working in a service level environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- A growth and problem-solving mindset. Can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change quickly and effectively.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.

- Startup and remote working experience would be a plus.
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.

You will lead a team of 4 specialists as part of the Lifecycle Operations - Occupational Health & Safety team, reporting to the Senior Manager Lifecycle: Contracts Management.
