Scotiabank is hiring a Manager Merchant Services to spearhead the development, positioning, and growth of Merchant Services solutions across Caribbean markets. You will create and execute strategies to accelerate adoption, strengthen merchant relationships, and improve the performance of the regional portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Lead the commercial and marketing strategy for Merchant Services in Caribbean markets.
- Drive the development, positioning, and growth of Merchant Services solutions.
- Focus on category analysis, trade visibility, brand positioning, and point-of-sale execution.
- Strengthen relationships with merchants to accelerate solution adoption.
- Enhance the point-of-sale experience and increase the performance of the regional portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in developing and executing commercial and marketing strategies within financial services or merchant solutions.
- Strong background in category analysis, brand positioning, and trade marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of products or services in a regional market.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with merchants or commercial clients.
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives focused on point-of-sale performance and customer experience.
