Dana TM4 is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to lead manufacturing engineering efforts for electric vehicle drivetrain or power electronics production. You will be responsible for overseeing process development, new product introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure manufacturing excellence and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes.
- Manage end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) APQP activities.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
- Develop process flow, PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions.
- Lead fixture, tooling, and equipment selection, installation, and validation.
- Support production with problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and improve key process parameters and manufacturing KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and IATF 16949 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Design, and Supply Chain.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and production teams.
What We're Looking For
- 15-18 years of experience in EV drivetrain or power electronics manufacturing with an engineering degree.
Nice to Have
- Lean Six Sigma certification, with Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
