Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Manager, Implementation Services to lead and scale a team of implementation specialists, owning operational oversight and strategic initiatives that drive customer success. You will collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to methodology refinement, and play a central role in elevating team performance and alignment with company-wide objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of implementation professionals, ensuring effective talent management, development, and retention.
- Oversee team operations including pre-sale scoping, onboarding, enablement, capacity planning, AI innovation integration, and reporting.
- Own and drive key strategic initiatives from conception to execution, assembling cross-functional teams and tracking outcomes.
- Continuously improve delivery methodologies to streamline operations, enhance quality, and reduce time-to-value for customers.
- Serve as a main escalation point for customer issues, resolving complex challenges and partnering with leadership when necessary.
- Guide program-level support for complex, multi-application customers, ensuring seamless execution and consistent outcomes.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to align service delivery with company strategy and customer expectations.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software professional services, consulting, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years in people leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and operational maturity.
- Expertise in managing customer relationships and resolving escalations with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- In-depth understanding of professional services operations, including resource management, delivery frameworks, and project scoping.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels and functions.
Nice to Have
- GRC industry experience.
- Experience managing other leaders and building high-performing teams.

- Compensation: $110,000 – $135,000 annually + equity.
