About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enablement programs for internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps
- Develop scalable training solutions aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives for sales and service functions
- Evaluate program effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback
- Coach and mentor a team of enablement specialists
- Coordinate with product and operations teams during launch cycles
- Ensure content accuracy and consistency across delivery channels
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable learning plans
- Maintain a structured curriculum roadmap for ongoing development
- Facilitate leadership-facing reports on program outcomes
- Optimize enablement workflows for efficiency and impact
- Support change management efforts across departments
- Standardize best practices in instructional design and delivery
- Manage external vendor relationships for content development
- Align enablement timelines with go-to-market schedules
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Gather and integrate learner feedback into program updates
- Ensure compliance with internal training standards
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in organizational development, instructional design, or related area
- Certification in training delivery or adult learning methodologies
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Background in customer experience or operations roles
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
