Responsibilities
- Lead and advocate for all components of the IAM program and its strategic roadmap.
- Supervise a team of 5 to 10 professionals, including AD administrators and security analysts.
- Establish performance metrics and business goals for information security analysts.
- Act as the primary expert and advisor on IAM matters, offering consultation as needed.
- Identify and implement improvements in IAM processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with external clients on project execution and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with key vendors and strategic partners to maintain service quality and support procurement processes.
- Design and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.
- Ensure the ongoing operation and maintenance of IAM tools and systems.
- Document IAM-related procedures and operational workflows.
- Advance automation by transitioning manual processes to automated solutions.
- Define and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for IAM services.
- Evaluate team performance and deliver constructive feedback and coaching.
- Provide training and mentorship to IAM team members.
- Shape and drive the long-term strategy for IAM capabilities.
- Perform additional duties as required.

- This is a full-time role.
- Workdays are Monday through Friday.
- Daily hours may follow an 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm schedule.
- Work hours may exceed 40 per week based on business demands.
- On-call availability is required, with potential for short-notice office visits.
- Minimal travel is expected.
- Ability to lift and carry over 40 lbs is required.
- Capability to pull and terminate Cat6 cabling is necessary.
