- Facilitate internal communication strategies
- Manage leave administration and accommodation requests
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
- Track HR metrics and prepare analytical reports
- Assist in compensation and benefits reviews
- Promote a positive organizational culture
- Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
- Lead HR projects and process improvements
- Respond to employee inquiries and HR-related concerns
