iRhythm Technologies is hiring a Manager, HR Operations to join our Global Business Center (GBC). In this role, you will support the smooth operation of talent acquisition and human resource processes and workflows, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency to serve our global team.
What You'll Do
- Ensure maintenance of accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the candidate and employee life cycle process.
- Oversee and maintain internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to candidates and employees.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements to existing information services and databases; recommend and implement solutions.
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
- Compile or assist with complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR staff.
- Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.
- Facilitate migration to a unified HRIS if required.
- Administer and organize the Employee Referral Program and process, including asking for referrals, managing bonus requests, sending communications, and tracking events.
- Update and maintain processes and workflow improvements and integrate them into the appropriate systems.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing HR operations, data systems, and reporting.
- Strong technical aptitude for supporting and troubleshooting HR information systems.
- Expertise in data management, security, privacy compliance, and process documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders across HR, IT, and executive leadership.
- Analytical ability to compile complex reports and identify process improvements.
- Experience with project leadership and vendor liaison for system implementations.
