Dyno Nobel Limited / Southern Cross Fertilizers is looking for a Manager FP&A Global to play a critical role in shaping the company's financial future. This standalone role has no direct reports and is ideal for a senior individual contributor who enjoys full ownership of complex, high-value work. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the organization, providing independent commercial insight that informs executive decision-making, capital allocation and long-term value creation.
What You'll Do
- Build and enhance Dyno Nobel’s enterprise financial planning capability.
- Own the group’s corporate financial model and long-term forecasting.
- Lead the group budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
- Maintain integrated short- and long-term forecasts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Conduct scenario, sensitivity and stress testing for strategic initiatives.
- Act as a key authority on balance sheet capacity, leverage and funding headroom.
- Prepare high-quality insights and materials for Executive and Board forums.
What We're Looking For
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Experience in FP&A, corporate finance or investment banking.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
- Strong understanding of integrated financial statements and valuation methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, commercially relevant insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across global teams.
