Highland Electric Fleets is seeking a Manager, Fleet Operations Support to oversee the technical and operational support systems for our electric vehicle fleet programs. You will be responsible for ensuring our fleet operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting our mission to electrify transportation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Fleet Operations Support team, setting priorities and ensuring service level agreements are met
- Develop and refine support processes and documentation for fleet operations
- Analyze fleet performance data and support requests to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational issues
- Manage vendor relationships related to fleet support services and tools
- Create and deliver regular performance reports to internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or a related technical support role
- 3+ years of experience in a team leadership or management capacity
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize operational processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners
