Wealthsimple is hiring a Manager, Financial Planning to lead our financial strategy and planning efforts. You will be responsible for driving financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the company's financial planning processes and long-range models.
- Lead financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Partner with department heads to build and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Build and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering their growth and development.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Proven track record of leading financial planning functions and managing a team.
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Experience working with executive leadership to drive business strategy.
