Wealthsimple is hiring a Manager, Financial Planning to lead our financial strategy and planning efforts. You will be responsible for driving financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage the company's financial planning processes and long-range models.
Lead financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Partner with department heads to build and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Build and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering their growth and development.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Proven track record of leading financial planning functions and managing a team.
Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
Experience working with executive leadership to drive business strategy.
