**Key Responsibilities:**
• Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements, ensuring strict compliance with IND AS and applicable accounting standards.
• Manage the entire financial closing and reporting cycle (monthly/quarterly/yearly) with precision and thoroughness.
• Collaborate closely with auditors and internal teams to guarantee financial report accuracy and timely submission.
• Take ownership of financial consolidation across multiple entities and subsidiaries.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with statutory requirements, including Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other relevant regulations.
• Act as primary point of contact with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants during audit and reporting processes.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of accounting entries, general ledger, and trial balance to ensure complete accuracy.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination with Legal, Taxation, and Business teams for seamless financial information exchange.
• Continuously track and adapt to evolving IND AS, RBI guidelines (for NBFC environments), and emerging reporting norms.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – Non-negotiable
• Minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, with specific focus on Financial Reporting and IND AS
• Proven track record in group entity financial consolidation and statement preparation
• Deep understanding of IND AS, Companies Act, and comprehensive regulatory frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems like SAP/Oracle
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy, extreme attention to detail, and consistent deadline performance
