Alliance Animal Health is hiring a Manager, Field Communication and Practice Support to own the creation and maintenance of field and practice operations manuals, oversee critical communication channels, manage practice information management (PIM) systems, and support clinic integrations and new openings. This is a fully remote role based in the USA.
What You'll Do
- Create, update, and maintain all Field and Practice Operations manuals and playbooks.
- Handle all monthly departmental updates, communicating changes to practices and updating operations documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure all department communications flow to practices from one source.
- Create, update, and implement new hospital policies and standards.
- Roll out all processes with detailed step-by-step instructions and document/maintain processes within teams.vet.
- Support the Field Operations team with all acquisitions.
- Coordinate new clinic (DeNovo) preparation from soft opening through grand opening, ensuring playbook use and consistency.
- Work closely with the strategy team on operational execution.
- Oversee Setup and Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) roles, including clinic environment access and phone number structures.
- Work with the data analytics team on back-end cross-reference needs and manually pull data weekly for PCC Support.
- Work with Sr. Director and Regional Leadership teams to manage and monitor performance, determining resource allocation.
- Manage all PIM integration, best practices, pricing, and standardization.
- Work closely with the data team for consistency on PIM integration.
- Partner with the DeNovo/New Build team on PIM demos.
- Ensure training on PIM usage and manage training/implementation of PIM setups for practices.
- Help standardize the chart of accounts for clinics and coding systems for fees and inventory.
- Ensure data integrity for PIM conversion.
- Manage the Intranet between .com and .vet, laying foundation with reporting and creating synergy.
- Leverage SharePoint for efficient file sharing between AAH and practices.
- Oversee the process for all shared files going to practices, ensuring control for security and volume.
- Potentially build out a formal communication platform between AAH and clinics.
- Manage the process, training, and behavior changes to get clinics on board with new procedures.
- Manage and oversee all messages that come into AAH.
- Support any version of call centers built out and worked with internally for markets in 2026.
What We're Looking For
- Industry practice leadership and/or industry field management experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience OR 2+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
- Must be proficient in PIM functionality for Set-up, Pricing, and Maintenance.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- High EQ will be essential to be successful in this role.

Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Business Operations. You will work closely with Regional Leadership teams, the data team, strategy team, DeNovo/New Build team, and the Field Operations team.
