This role encompasses comprehensive management of products, projects, resources, and timelines, alongside mentoring, instructional, organizational, and budgetary responsibilities. The individual will collaborate with internal and external partners to guarantee effective system utilization and acceptance. General Information about the Healthcare Technology Team: Healthcare Solutions has established a strategic alliance with a leading Electronic Health Records (EHRs) provider, aiming to maximize physician satisfaction and enhance chronic kidney disease patient outcomes. The team's technological solutions enable nephrology practices to manage patient populations more effectively, promoting improved medical results and system interoperability while enhancing professional experiences and supporting revenue cycle management. The specialized EHR is offered to independently operated medical practices, many of which are smaller than typical technology customers and value maintaining autonomy while accessing cutting-edge industry technologies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Team leadership - Direct supervision of multidisciplinary team including analysts, trainers, project coordinators, and support personnel - Professional development, mentorship, and coaching Production support - Monitor service management platforms for assigned incidents and requests - Supervise team-specific work and error queues - Occasional emergency response duties Project management - Provide escalation assistance for team members executing new implementations - Engage with external partners to ensure successful contractual arrangements and system connectivity - Support project objectives regarding timeline, budget, and scope adherence Product management - Oversee successful software upgrades and release implementations - Utilize multiple management platforms to ensure build completion - Collaborate with end-users and subject matter experts to evaluate enhancement requests - Guide product roadmap development and implementation Communication and stakeholder management - Maintain constructive and efficient relationships with key stakeholders - Address and resolve escalated concerns Other duties as assigned.
