ATPCO is looking for a Manager, Engineering to drive technological innovation and lead engineering teams. This role optimizes people, processes, and technologies to ensure teams effectively deliver value to customers. You'll foster strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and align engineering efforts with ATPCO's business objectives.

What You'll Do

Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, focusing on career development and performance management.
Establish and communicate performance expectations, conducting regular evaluations.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to align engineering efforts with product definitions, roadmaps, and success measures.
Develop and implement development standards, policies, and procedures to streamline processes.
Serve as the liaison for Level 3 production support activities, ensuring effective problem resolution.
Foster partnerships to support the adoption of new technologies, architectural standards, and design approaches.
Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to define tools and environments for reliable, maintainable software.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in engineering leadership and people management.
Strong ability to develop teams, manage performance, and mentor engineers.
Experience collaborating with Product Management to align technical execution with business roadmaps.
Expertise in establishing development standards, policies, and efficient engineering processes.
Experience with production support, technical investigation, and problem resolution.
Ability to partner with technical and infrastructure teams to define tools and architectural approaches.
Commitment to fostering a culture of strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation range: $160,000 - $185,000
