Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert for sales teams on the digital commerce platform
- Support active sales opportunities with demonstrations and customer interactions
- Develop and refine sales enablement content including presentations, use cases, and ROI models
- Conduct training and continuous learning sessions for sales personnel
- Serve as the initial contact for sales inquiries about platform features and messaging
- Guide integration and channel partners through onboarding and activation
- Work with Product and Engineering to ensure technical alignment and readiness
- Help build partner-facing resources such as playbooks and value propositions
- Enable joint selling and marketing initiatives with external partners
- Monitor partner performance and escalate risks or obstacles to leadership
- Gather organized feedback from sales and partner teams
- Identify recurring challenges in adoption, workflows, and feature limitations
- Translate field insights into clear, actionable reports for product leadership
- Participate in beta testing and early access programs when required
- Coordinate across sales, product, marketing, and partner teams for alignment
- Ensure consistent communication of value, positioning, and messaging
- Provide leadership with real-world insights, usage patterns, and execution input
