What You'll Do
Lead a team of data analysts responsible for maintaining and governing data assets critical to revenue operations. Oversee the structure and integrity of data marts built on platforms like Netezza and BigQuery, ensuring reliable and accurate data flows into the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Collaborate with IT to define data ingestion and transformation requirements, and continuously refine reporting tables to meet evolving business needs.
Establish and enforce data governance practices, including data lineage tracking, access controls, and documentation standards. Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating operational needs into actionable data solutions. Identify automation opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve data delivery efficiency across the organization.
Set clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide meaningful feedback to support team development. Support individual growth through coaching, career planning, and succession strategies. Manage team capacity, remove obstacles, and contribute to budget oversight as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data warehousing technologies such as Netezza and BigQuery
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity preferred

Work Mode
This is an onsite role located in Denver, Colorado. Candidates must be able to work from the designated office location.
