Secureframe is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead our efforts in building and maintaining successful long-term client partnerships. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and realize maximum value from our platform.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a portfolio of customer relationships, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Develop and execute strategic success plans to drive product adoption and business value for clients.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks to customer health, collaborating cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Sales.
- Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations that improve the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to the refinement of Customer Success methodologies, playbooks, and internal processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or related client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, with a track record of improving retention and adoption metrics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Work Mode
This is a global remote position open to candidates located anywhere in Canada or the United States.
