Drive sales leadership across North Asia by managing and mentoring a team of Account Executives focused on Mid-Market accounts. This role is responsible for shaping territory plans, executing quarterly strategies, and ensuring the team consistently exceeds revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence and capture new business opportunities
  • Coach and guide sales professionals in pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution
  • Lead regular training to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques across the team
  • Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams to align on customer outcomes
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene using Salesforce for reporting and performance tracking
  • Recruit and develop top-tier talent, building a strong bench for future hiring needs
  • Act as a mentor and role model, promoting accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to position the company effectively

Qualifications

Candidates should bring demonstrated success in corporate sales management, with experience leading teams in high-growth technology environments. A solid grasp of cybersecurity concepts is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
  • Experience managing direct sales teams with a focus on performance and development
  • Familiarity with channel partner ecosystems and go-to-market collaboration
  • Fluency in Salesforce for pipeline and forecasting management
  • Business-level proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Cantonese is preferred
  • Background in cloud-native security or endpoint detection and response (EDR) is a plus
