Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence and capture new business opportunities
- Coach and guide sales professionals in pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution
- Lead regular training to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques across the team
- Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams to align on customer outcomes
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene using Salesforce for reporting and performance tracking
- Recruit and develop top-tier talent, building a strong bench for future hiring needs
- Act as a mentor and role model, promoting accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to position the company effectively
Qualifications
