Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite What you will do The Manager of Corporate Responsibility functions within Enterprise Governance at global headquarters. As a team member of the Corporate Responsibility (CR) division, you will architect, develop, and implement corporate responsibility educational awareness initiatives designed to inform personnel about strategic programs that potentially impact their work, enhance workforce engagement, and elevate organizational reputation through precise, consistent internal and external communication strategies. In this role you will support enterprise-level CR programs by designing and executing comprehensive communication plans, generating targeted content, tracking performance metrics, assessing return on investment, and innovating approaches to reach diverse audience segments. Strategic communications and messaging - Develop and implement communication plans supporting CR education and initiatives, including messaging frameworks, visual identity, and toolkits while ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and brand principles across all CR communications. Content creation and storytelling - Create compelling communication materials including leadership briefs, presentation decks, speaker notes, multimedia content, visual graphics, and written documentation. - Drive workforce engagement through dynamic narrative techniques highlighting CR impact and potential opportunities. Collaboration and integration - Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Talent Acquisition, and additional internal teams to ensure integrated messaging and strategic coherence. - Support enterprise-wide CR communications planning and execution. Governance and review - Manage review and approval processes for internal and external CR materials, ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards. Change management support - Support CR-related transformation initiatives through targeted communications helping employees understand, adopt, and champion emerging behaviors, policies, or programmatic approaches. Data-driven optimization and measurement - Utilize data insights to evaluate communication effectiveness, refine strategic approaches, and report comprehensive outcomes. - Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to continuously enhance messaging and communication channel performance. What you need Required qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, or sustainability) or 6+ years of equivalent experience - 8+ years of professional work experience Preferred - 3+ years of CR/sustainability experience in communications, marketing and/or branding - Experience working within a public corporation, preferably in healthcare or medical device industry, or as a consultant with a global consulting firm - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Workfront - Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with ability to lead and manage complex projects - Experience crafting internal communications strategies with the ability to tailor messaging to appropriate audiences $100,500k- $198,700k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
