About the Role
Lead and develop a team of systems engineers responsible for designing and implementing commercial water treatment solutions. Drive technical standards, project execution, and customer-focused innovation across key regional markets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a regional team of systems engineers.
- Oversee the development and deployment of engineered water treatment systems.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to define customer requirements.
- Ensure engineering designs meet regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for commercial installations.
- Develop technical documentation and system specifications.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain partners.
- Support product lifecycle management from concept to commissioning.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of field performance issues.
- Implement best practices in system design and integration.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.
- Serve as technical liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for commercial application.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and industry standards.
- Facilitate training programs for engineering and field staff.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
- Prepare technical reports and performance summaries.
- Promote innovation in system scalability and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional market needs.
Nice to Have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Master’s degree in mechanical or environmental engineering.
- Experience with large-scale commercial filtration projects.
- Background in product development or R&D.
- Six Sigma or Lean certification.
- Project management certification (PMP, etc.).
- Knowledge of IoT-enabled monitoring systems.
- Experience with customer-facing technical presentations.
- Familiarity with sustainability standards in water systems.
