Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial programs, from initiation to completion, including defining goals, timelines, and resource needs in coordination with leadership
- Ensure clear understanding of program objectives, commitments, and deadlines, and support timely achievement of milestones
- Work with senior leaders to establish priorities, track performance metrics, and deliver regular updates on program progress and results
- Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
- Promote strong communication and alignment between internal departments and external partners
- Organize and lead cross-functional meetings, providing concise and actionable status reports to executives
- Anticipate obstacles and resolve conflicts by escalating and addressing issues promptly
- Lead proposal development from initial opportunity identification through final submission, ensuring consistency with strategic goals
- Partner with internal teams to create data-backed proposals that enhance competitive positioning
- Support the design, launch, and refinement of partnership programs that align with business objectives
- Strengthen customer and partner relationships through proactive engagement and data-informed insights
- Analyze feedback from partners and customers to detect patterns, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Commercial and Strategy teams to structure initiatives for maximum impact
- Contribute to strategic planning and initiative prioritization to ensure organizational alignment
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve CRM system functionality, data integrity, and user adoption
- Design and deploy CRM processes that support customer engagement, business development, and partnership management
- Perform additional duties as required

- This position is located in a facility handling information subject to Department of Energy export controls under 10 CFR Part 810. Access requires authorization. Foreign nationals from countries not on the general authorization list are ineligible unless a specific export license is granted.
