CCH Tagetik (Wolters Kluwer) is seeking a Manager, Clinical Content- Nursing (Integration Nurse Educators) to lead a high-performing team dedicated to supporting nursing faculty and academic leaders. In this role, you will drive innovative, evidence-based educational solutions and ensure content excellence aligned with commercial goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of Integration Nurse Educators to integrate Lippincott and NurseTim content across nursing curricula.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with clinical standards and commercial goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, DISs, NECs, and product teams to support client integration and adoption.
- Ensure continuous improvement in quality through rigorous review of services, stakeholder feedback, and adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Represent the team in high-level meetings, advocating for strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Deliver thought leadership through webinars, workshops, presentations, and other educational formats.
- Monitor industry trends and research to inform content development and innovation.
- Support professional development and accountability within the team.
What We're Looking For
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Doctorate are required.
- Active, unencumbered RN license.
- Extensive 5+ years of leadership experience in nursing education.
- Experience with curriculum design, accreditation, and continuing professional development.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy and sales alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic outcomes.
- Expertise in strategic thinking and execution, team leadership, clinical and educational content, project management, and quality assurance.
- Strong communication, advocacy, collaboration, and solutions-oriented skills.
