Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to grow and improve the support team, including hiring, onboarding, policy development, process design, and operational enhancements.
  • Deliver prompt and effective first- and second-level support to all users of the raisin® platform.
  • Represent user interests within the company and promote solutions that address their needs.
  • Examine support data and user input to identify recurring issues and develop proactive, high-quality support strategies.
  • Promote a team environment rooted in cooperation, strong performance, and ongoing skill development.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated client and team concerns, coordinating resolutions with relevant internal departments.
