Key Responsibilities Include: - Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders to expand Capital One Ad Solutions - Seamlessly integrate our product ecosystem with merchant partners - Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize and grow business portfolios - Provide comprehensive training and support to agencies and industry collaborators - Collaborate with Product, Revenue Management, and cross-functional teams - Conduct strategic analysis supporting merchant initiatives - Leverage advanced technical capabilities including analytic platforms and APIs - Facilitate merchant onboarding through targeted education and support - Demonstrate exceptional data utilization and communication skills - Conduct periodic onsite merchant visits and industry conference engagements Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - Advanced strategic, analytical, and data interpretation capabilities - Proven experience in strategic client interactions across communication channels - Superior written and verbal communication proficiencies - Expertise in developing organizational strategies and objectives - Demonstrated ability to own client relationships and create customized solutions - Strong commitment to collaborative team environments Basic Qualifications: - Minimum 6 years client-facing sales or account management experience - Minimum 5 years of comprehensive data review and analysis expertise Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - 6+ years affiliate, enterprise sales, or performance marketing background - Successful merchant relationship management track record - Technical sales and integration experience - Proven success with sophisticated advertising platforms - Exceptional analytical and communication capabilities Compensation Range: $132,800 - $151,600 (Remote/Richmond, VA) Additional compensation may include performance-based incentives.
