About the Role As Manager, Category Account Sales–Kohl's Media Network, you will collaborate across departments to advance client strategies and expand advertising partnerships. You will leverage exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and digital media expertise to showcase Kohl's Media Network's distinctive marketplace advantages. What You'll Do - Spearhead the Kohl's Media Network Go-To-Market sales strategy, promoting innovative media solutions that enhance client business growth - Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure strategic plan alignment with business objectives - Expand sales across multiple platforms, targeting mid-to-large brands and performance advertisers and their representative agencies - Formulate strategies to establish authoritative positioning in client interactions - Deliver strategic recommendations rooted in client objectives, providing compelling guidance on media tactics and creative approaches informed by category and brand insights - Coordinate and participate in comprehensive internal and external client review sessions - Provoke critical thinking by challenging clients' perspectives on business and customer opportunities - Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in advertising product understanding - Oversee category sales revenue, establishing goals and priorities across brands and vendors - Cultivate meaningful relationships with key accounts, clients, and external partners - Establish an effective collaborative environment through vision alignment, clear objective setting, teamwork cultivation, performance recognition, and transparent communication - Synthesize multi-source data to construct persuasive narrative strategies - Adapt to potential additional assigned responsibilities What Skills You Have Required - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 3-5 years of proven digital media planning, marketing or equivalent experience - Comprehensive understanding of ad serving, ad networks, and digital media ecosystem - Exceptional comprehension of campaign lifecycle from strategic development to execution - Demonstrated ability to influence and lead diverse teams - Proven track record of building strategic partnerships and maximizing internal and external relationships - Meticulous attention to detail - Superior time management capabilities with multitasking proficiency in dynamic environments - Strong presentation skills with confidence and persuasiveness - Extensive sales experience complemented by organizational skills for leading a dedicated sales team - Advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities - Self-motivated with strong independent work ethic Essential Functions The listed requirements represent core job functions, though additional responsibilities may emerge.
