Responsibilities
- Lead execution of structured finance deals from origination through closing
- Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis for complex transactions
- Collaborate with legal and underwriting teams to structure deals
- Manage relationships with investors and external partners
- Prepare pitch materials and client presentations
- Monitor market trends and identify new financing opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk standards
- Support due diligence processes for new transactions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during deal lifecycle
- Track performance of existing portfolio of structured finance assets
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis
- Assist in capital formation strategies and funding initiatives
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market intelligence
- Oversee documentation and closing processes
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for transaction pipelines
- Engage with rating agencies as needed for structured products
- Evaluate credit risk and structural integrity of transactions
- Work closely with risk management and compliance teams
- Support internal audits and regulatory reporting
- Drive process improvements in deal execution workflows
