CYBEX is hiring a Manager Biomechanic to lead biomechanical research and development initiatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions within our innovation-driven and collaborative environment, dedicated to improving human health and performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead biomechanical research and development projects
- Analyze and interpret biomechanical data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and product development
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Develop and validate biomechanical models and simulations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Present research findings to stakeholders and at conferences
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Biomechanics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in biomechanical research and development
- Proven experience managing research projects and teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis software
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
Nice to Have
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Proficiency with biomechanical modeling software
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with grant writing and funding acquisition
