Syneos Health was looking for a Manager/Assoc Dir, Epidemiology RWE - Sponsor-dedicated role (remote - Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain)

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead epidemiology initiatives within real-world evidence (RWE) projects for a dedicated sponsor. As a scientific leader, you will guide study design, protocol development, data analysis, and publication efforts, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and client expectations across Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, and Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert scientific guidance across epidemiology and clinical research, supporting teams and senior leadership in project execution
  • Oversee the design and implementation of real-world studies, including protocol development, statistical planning, and safety monitoring
  • Lead or support the creation of study proposals, feasibility assessments, and budget inputs for global opportunities
  • Author interim and final reports, scientific abstracts, and peer-reviewed publications to communicate findings
  • Collaborate with business development and operations to win new projects and strengthen client relationships
  • Contribute to the advancement of scientific methodologies, operational processes, and remote monitoring practices
  • Support the integration of technology solutions and maintain standards for real-world data use
  • Build partnerships with sponsors, investigators, and key opinion leaders in the therapeutic space
