Scotiabank is looking for a Manager, Actuarial Analysis to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Global DB Pensions, you will be responsible for supporting the management and oversight of the Bank’s global defined benefit (DB) pension plans, with exposure to plans in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
What You'll Do
- Assist with IAS 19 pension financial reporting following established procedures at each quarter-end and year-end.
- Assist with the management and preparation of actuarial valuations and costings conducted by external consultants for design, expense, and forecasting purposes to effectively manage costs.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Director, Global DB Pensions.
