Attentive is hiring a Manager

Attentive is seeking a Manager for its Deloitte South Asia (DSA) strategic growth team. In this role, you will drive growth and transformation across business lines and technology functions. You will be responsible for establishing networks across the client stakeholder ecosystem, ensuring service fulfillment, and collaborating with leadership to nurture relationships and support presales life cycles.

What You'll Do

• Establish networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensure service fulfillment.
• Collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client.
• Nurture new and existing relationships, support presales life cycles, and drive the success of DSA business growth for the specific client.
• Function effectively as Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to product planning, requirement refinement, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt across multiple teams.
• Identify and navigate roadblocks or impediments.
• Advocate for the team’s priorities and needs.
• Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Manage conflicts constructively and foster a healthy team environment.
• Inspire and motivate teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Apply solid risk management practices—risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, functioning effectively as Scrum Master.
• Relevant experience and deep understanding of product development, contributing to product planning, requirement refinement, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
• Practical experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments, including facilitation of PI Planning and cross-team collaboration.
• Mandatory Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder alignment and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to Have

• SAFe certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master/ SAFe Agilist / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Strong analytical abilities with good to have experience in Power BI and related tools to produce insights, track KPIs, and support decision-making.
