What You'll Do
- Lead and manage key client assurance and consulting engagements from planning through completion.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Review and ensure the quality of deliverables, applying professional standards and firm methodologies.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of the practice.
What We're Looking For
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent with a strong academic record.
- Substantial post-qualification experience in a professional services firm, with a proven track record in client service.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams and complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of accounting, auditing standards, and regulatory environments.
