Capgemini is hiring a Manager to act as a digital transformation leader and subject matter expert within the Industrial Manufacturing and Aerospace/Defence Engineering and Plant Operations domain. You will develop market strategies and drive client engagements to modernize engineering practices.
What You'll Do
- Act as a digital transformation leader and SME in Industrial Manufacturing and Aerospace/Defence Engineering and Plant Operations.
- Build and manage a team of consultants, develop digital offers and go-to-market strategies, and present business cases.
- Work with sales teams, customers, and stakeholders to generate business and lead engagements in digital continuity and engineering transformation.
- Articulate Points of View on industry topics and propose future trends.
What We're Looking For
- Work experience in consulting plus the Industrial or Aerospace industry, with emphasis on Engineering and Plant Operations consulting, Project Management, and Business Consulting.
- Exposure to innovative IT and product design techniques such as MBSE, Agile/SAFe, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset to develop customer relationships and propose solutions.
