About the Role

Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia is looking for a Management Development Program Associate. This role is designed for a recent college graduate interested in the entertainment, gaming, and hospitality industry. The program provides broad exposure across multiple functional areas, preparing you for a leadership position within the company.

What You'll Do

  • Commit to successful completion of the entire program to be considered for future opportunities.
  • Complete the Live! Leadership Development Curriculum alongside functional area rotations.
  • Attend virtual coaching sessions with a leadership coach.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and openness to work and learn in a wide array of work environments.
  • Work all shifts, including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as required by departmental rotations.
  • Master and implement the Live! 5 Service Standards to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure guests receive a favorable gaming experience by being unique and spontaneous.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026.
  • 3.0 GPA minimum.
  • Open to relocation based on future open positions.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required by the jurisdiction.
  • Upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a loud, high-energy environment.
  • Available to work all shifts, including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to perform duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
  • Able to handle multi-tasking heavy work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently.
  • Able to bend, stoop, squat, stand for long periods, and climb, stretch, twist, or reach.
  • Work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in English fluently and professionally.
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and compute basic math calculations.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business.
  • Second language proficiency, such as an Asian language or Spanish.

Team & Environment

You will rotate through each major department in the company, gaining exposure to Gaming, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, and Operations.

This is an onsite position.
