Hiflylabs is hiring a Management Consultant - Data & AI

This is a strategy and transformation role designed for someone who can navigate the boardroom but also knows how to operationalize a roadmap. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI adoption—starting with the abstract foundations of data governance and AI readiness, through to the actual implementation and change management required to make it stick. In short, you aren't just selling the "idea" of AI; you are building the framework that allows an enterprise to actually use it. What Will You Do? - Set the Strategy: Design enterprise Data & AI strategies that use Data & Generative AI to drive real business growth. - Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex business needs into clear AI solutions that deliver value. - Advise Executives: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders on AI adoption, regulations, and ROI. - Lead the Vision: Own the "big picture" for AI products, ensuring business and technical teams stay aligned. - Plan the Roadmap: Build execution plans and oversee projects to ensure they hit business targets. - Drive Adoption: Oversee the rollout of AI tools, making sure they are successfully integrated and used by the client - Grow the Business: Help develop new AI services and market strategies for different industries.
