Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality evaluations across cases, projects, and workflows to verify compliance with established standards
- Detect patterns in errors, procedural shortcomings, and repeated problems through in-depth root cause investigation
- Offer practical recommendations and insights to enhance team performance and operational effectiveness
- Lead quality enhancement efforts and monitor their impact using quantifiable metrics
- Work closely with team leads and supervisors to execute corrective and preventive measures
- Provide consistent, structured coaching and feedback to analysts for performance development
- Develop and manage quality metrics dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols, key performance indicators, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in designing and delivering training sessions, knowledge refreshers, and quality alignment meetings
- Anticipate and flag potential risks and quality issues before they become critical
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize processes and minimize inconsistencies
- Support the development of a team culture focused on continuous quality improvement
