Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within law enforcement agencies
- Conduct strategic outreach to senior public safety decision-makers
- Deliver tailored presentations demonstrating platform capabilities and impact
- Navigate complex procurement processes in government organizations
- Build trust with agency leaders through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Manage a full-cycle sales pipeline from prospecting to close
- Track and report on sales activities and forecasting accuracy
- Maintain deep knowledge of regional public safety priorities
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Address customer concerns with data-driven responses
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with government procurement standards
- Ensure compliance with public sector sales regulations
- Develop executive-level relationships to drive long-term partnerships
- Support customer success through smooth onboarding coordination
