Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of major gift donors, overseeing donor identification, relationship cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and gift renewal.
- Design and lead a mid-level giving program to strengthen the donor pipeline and increase long-term support.
- Act as a primary representative to donors and community stakeholders, fostering strategic relationships and participating in key outreach events.
- Coordinate communications with stakeholders to boost engagement, awareness, and donor retention, resulting in renewed and increased contributions.
