Logistics UK is hiring a Major Account Manager to champion our members across the East Midlands. In this role, you are responsible for growing membership, managing key accounts, and representing our forward-thinking organization within the logistics industry.
What You'll Do
- Grow membership and revenue by driving new memberships, upselling, cross-selling, and securing renewals.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, retaining and expanding relationships to ensure long-term member success.
- Identify new opportunities by generating leads, supporting contract transitions, and enhancing member engagement.
- Oversee financial aspects, managing contracts, renewals, and resolving invoice queries efficiently.
- Track and report on performance by maintaining CRM records, presenting updates, and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Represent Logistics UK at industry events, share best practices, and uphold the organization's reputation.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for sales, with an enthusiastic, confident, and results-driven mindset.
- A customer-focused, proactive, and positive approach to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Proven expertise in B2B sales, including strong pipeline management experience.
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, acting as a persuasive communicator at all levels.
- The ability to craft and deliver impactful sales pitches and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.
