About the Role

The Major Account Director, SOLA will lead sales efforts in the Southern Latam region, focusing on Chile, Peru, and Argentina. This role involves prospecting and engaging senior decision-makers in Information Security & Risk teams within large enterprises, driving new customer acquisition and pipeline growth for SecurityScorecard's cybersecurity ratings platform. SecurityScorecard is a recognized leader in cybersecurity ratings, trusted by top organizations worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Manage sales strategy and territory plan for penetrating and closing net new opportunities in large enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain strong ties with up, down and across target organizations
  • Develop, initiate and execute sales plan for individual target accounts
  • Provide weekly opportunity status updates and accurate forecast to management
  • Consistently exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Partner closely with Channel partners and Channel Account Managers to drive net pipeline growth and accelerate deal velocity

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth
  • Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure
  • Consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue
  • Strong network of established relationships with key industry contacts in the assigned territory
  • Proven track record of quota achievement
  • Understands record keeping, sales process, sales methodologies (MEDDIC, etc)
  • Driven and competitive
  • Effective verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
  • Candidates must be based in Chile or Argentina

  • Previous cybersecurity experience

Work Mode

Local-country based with primary locations in Chile and Argentina. Role requires 30-40% travel; when not onsite at a customer, you will be based locally within the assigned region.
