What You'll Do
Lead the guest journey at a historic champagne property, delivering refined, tailored experiences that reflect the legacy and elegance of the estate. You will manage all aspects of guest reception, from arrival to departure, ensuring comfort and consistency across private tours, tastings, and events—both on-site and off-site.
Oversee daily operations including setup and service for intimate gatherings, corporate functions, and overnight stays. You will coordinate table service, beverage offerings, and room preparation, maintaining seamless coordination between kitchen, cellar, and event teams. Conduct guided visits with narrative depth, sharing the story of the house with authenticity and presence.
Ensure the property remains in impeccable condition by supervising housekeeping standards, managing inventory of wines and hospitality supplies, and verifying the performance of technical systems in collaboration with support services.
