As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in building and refining precision components within a structured production environment. Your work will center on mechanical and electrical assembly, repair, and rework, guided by engineering documentation and test protocols.
What You'll Do
- Assemble, test, and modify mechanical and electrical systems using technical drawings, test fixtures, and operational guides
- Conduct functional testing with specialized equipment to verify performance and reliability
- Accurately document test results and production data using Microsoft Office and internal tracking systems
- Support inventory management through precise data entry and material handling in the control system
- Collaborate across production teams to maintain workflow efficiency and product quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly and familiarity with electrical components and circuit boards
- Proficiency with hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing devices
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor control for precision tasks
- Ability to interpret written and visual instructions accurately
