Jobgether is hiring a Maintenance Technician - Liquids to play a vital role in sustaining equipment reliability and optimizing production line performance within a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will take ownership of preventive maintenance routines, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and contribute directly to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and condition-based maintenance on production equipment according to OEM standards.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, support line improvements, and guide corrective actions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of equipment operation principles across your assigned areas.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of centerline standards and maintenance systems.
- Document all work within the maintenance management system following established best practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis, plant initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide technical training and guidance to operators, helping them perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Recommend appropriate spare part stocking levels and support a strong, positive team culture.
- Complete additional duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- A two-year technical degree in industrial maintenance.
- 2–3 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical skills with basic electrical knowledge.
- Familiarity with PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley.
- Experience with packaging, conveyance, and liquid or powder processing equipment.
- Working knowledge of CMMS tools, production workflows, and control systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of equipment and processes.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work off-shifts, weekends, and extended hours when needed.
- Comfortable using computers for documentation, system navigation, and troubleshooting.
- Physically able to perform climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, standing, and other essential job functions.
