Brand Boosting GmbH is looking for an Electrical Project Engineer specializing in MV Drive Systems to join our team in Turgi. You will be responsible for designing medium voltage frequency converter systems, creating comprehensive technical documentation, and leading manufacturing technicians as part of our diverse team supporting clients in energy generation and hydrogen production.

What You'll Do

• Design medium voltage frequency converter systems according to project specification, including rectifier, intermediate circuit, and inverter components.
• Provide detailed technical documentation such as Single Line & Control Diagrams, Bill of Material, Detail Specification, and Cable Specification.
• Specify components in and around frequency converters, including CTs, VTs, capacitors, diodes, thyristors (IGBT or IGCT), and transformers.
• Lead technicians in the manufacturing of MV-Drives.
• Actively contribute to product improvements and participate in inter-team technical exchange.

What We're Looking For

• An Automation or Electronics Technician with ongoing or completed higher education (HF, FH or University) in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in engineering MV and / or HV Systems, including Switchgear, Transformer, Converter/Rectifier, Motors or similar loads.
• Hands-on experience with schematic design using EPLAN.
• Comfortable leading challenging customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A valid work permit for Europe.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Ability to communicate in German.

You will join a team of around eight experienced experts as part of a diverse group supporting clients in energy generation, hydrogen production, and power converters, reporting to the Division Manager.
