Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance tasks and diagnose issues on manufacturing equipment to sustain continuous operation.
  • Detect early signs of equipment failure and replace or recalibrate components as necessary.
  • Apply technical improvements to machinery to boost product quality, output rates, and reliability.
  • Ensure equipment remains highly available to meet production targets.
  • Maintain daily cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety regulations in the work area.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including preventive and condition-based inspections.
  • Record all maintenance activities accurately in SAP-PM, including work order updates and spare parts requests.
  • Assist and coordinate with internal business units as required.
  • Take personal responsibility for workplace safety and follow all established safety procedures.
  • Maintain precise records of working hours and attendance.
  • Immediately notify supervisors of any unsafe conditions or actions observed.
