Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance tasks and diagnose issues on manufacturing equipment to sustain continuous operation.
- Detect early signs of equipment failure and replace or recalibrate components as necessary.
- Apply technical improvements to machinery to boost product quality, output rates, and reliability.
- Ensure equipment remains highly available to meet production targets.
- Maintain daily cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety regulations in the work area.
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including preventive and condition-based inspections.
- Record all maintenance activities accurately in SAP-PM, including work order updates and spare parts requests.
- Assist and coordinate with internal business units as required.
- Take personal responsibility for workplace safety and follow all established safety procedures.
- Maintain precise records of working hours and attendance.
- Immediately notify supervisors of any unsafe conditions or actions observed.
