ContiTech USA, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of production machinery through maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high-quality standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall production efficiency. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT - Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on production machines to ensure smooth operation. - Identify potential breakdowns and replace or adjust machine parts as needed. - Implement machine improvements to enhance quality, increase production levels, and reduce breakdowns. - Maintain a high level of machinery availability to support production goals. - Keep the workplace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards on a daily basis. - Execute planned maintenance activities, including preventive and predictive maintenance. - Accurately report all performed work in SAP-PM, including work order confirmations and spare parts reservations. - Collaborate and provide support to Continental Business Teams as required. - Take ownership of personal safety and adhere to all safety protocols. - Ensure accurate time attendance records. - Report any unsafe situations or behaviors to the supervisor promptly.
