Irca Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and service mechanical equipment, systems, and machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions while conducting routine preventive maintenance.
• Interpret technical documents, including manuals and operational instructions.
• Demonstrate electrical troubleshooting skills with knowledge of circuits and components.
• Use electrical testing devices such as multimeters for diagnostics.
• Follow a scheduled maintenance plan for inspecting and testing equipment.
• Work with piping systems, including valves, pumps, motors, and fittings.
• Understand mechanical components such as gearboxes, bearings, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and belts.
• Clean, repair, and replace equipment and system parts as required.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and articulating boom lifts safely.
• Handle various hand and power tools for repair and installation tasks.
• Have experience or a willingness to learn machining tools like mills, lathes, and band saws, as well as welding.
• Keep workspaces clean, orderly, and safe.
• Follow all health and safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform maintenance tasks on building systems as assigned.
• Possess strong computer abilities, including email communication and CMMS software operation.
• Collaborate effectively with all departments within the facility.
• Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Other

• Capable of operating sit-down forklifts and articulating boom lifts.
• Proficient in using a wide range of hand and power tools.
• Experienced with mills, lathes, band saws, or welding, or open to learning these skills.
• Available to work shifts up to 12 hours in length.
